What You'll Do
As a Revenue Tax Auditor, you'll examine financial records and work directly with businesses to help ensure accurate tax reporting.
Your responsibilities include:
- Planning and conducting field audits.
- Reviewing financial records and identifying reporting issues.
- Meeting with taxpayers to explain audit procedures and findings.
- Preparing reports and recommending improvements to accounting practices.

Do You Qualify?
You must meet one of the following:
- Have one year of professional accounting or auditing experience and a bachelor's degree with at least 15 college credits in accounting, tax, or auditing.
- Be eligible to sit for the CPA examination.
Good to Know
- Location: Erie, Pennsylvania.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
- Occasional part-time remote work may be available after 30 days of in-office training, based on operational and fieldwork needs.
- Pennsylvania residency is required. Erie County residents may receive hiring preference.
