Director of Finance – Warwick Township
Warwick Township is seeking an experienced and highly dependable full-time, exempt Director of Finance to oversee the Township’s financial operations and serve as a key member of the Township’s management team. The Director of Finance is responsible for the overall administration, management, and maintenance of the Township’s financial records, accounts, budgets, and financial transactions. This position supervises the Finance Department and works closely with the Township Manager, department heads, auditors, actuaries, professional consultants, vendors, and State and County agencies.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of municipal finance, budgeting, accounting, payroll, financial reporting, public bidding, and governmental regulations, along with excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and supervisory skills. The position requires a high level of confidentiality, sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to analyze financial information and provide recommendations.
The salary range for this position is $110,000-$135,000, dependent on qualifications and experience.
