Participation Agreement

I understand my name, contact information, bio, and speaking topics will be listed as part of GFOA-PA’s speaker bureau, which the association makes available to members only.
As a participant in GFOA-PA’s speaker bureau, my presentation will be non-commercial in nature and is for informational/educational purposes only.
GFOA-PA is not responsible for any speaking arrangements. Arrangements are the responsibility of the association member and the speaker, and should be made by mutual agreement.
If a member of the association interested in my speaking services contacts me, I will make every reasonable effort to accommodate his/her request.
GFOA-PA has the right to terminate my participation in the speaker bureau if I have not adhered to #2, #3 or #4 above.
I may terminate my participation in the speaker bureau at any time by providing written notice to GFOA-PA.
