2026 GFOA-PA Annual Statewide Conference

April 26-29, 2025

 

Location: Lancaster Marriott at Penn Square, 25 S Queen St., Lancaster, PA 17603

Hotel Reservations: GFOA-PA has reserved a room block at the Lancaster Marriott. The room rate is $165/night + taxes, fees and hotel services charge. The deadline for guaranteed discounted reservations is March 31,2025. Make your reservation here. Please note credit cards are charged a one night's advance deposit including tax at the time of booking a reservation.

If you prefer to speak to a Reservation Agent, please call the Lancaster Marriott Reservation office at 717-239-1600 and ask for the room block for the Government Finance Officers Association of Pennsylvania Annual Conference. Please note if you need to cancel your room reservation, you need to cancel three days in advance to avoid any fees.

Cancellation/Refund Policy:
GFOA-PA has a staggered cancellation/refund policy: 
  • 100% refund on 2026 Annual Conference cancellations made on or before March 27, 2026.  
  • 50% refund on 2025 Annual Conference cancellations made March 28 – April 15, 2026. 
  • No refunds on cancellations made on or after April 15, 2026. 
Please note that canceling your Annual Conference Registration will not cancel your hotel reservation. Please contact the hotel directly to avoid unwanted charges if you must cancel your room reservation.
