When is exhibitor set-up and tear down? Exhibit set-up is Sunday, April 26 from 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm. Exhibitor tear down is Tuesday, April 28 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm.
How do I ship my materials to the hotel? The Lancaster County Convention Center has no storage facilities for exhibit materials. All packages and freight incoming and outgoing MUST be coordinated with their material handling/drayage partner, General Exposition Services (GES). Access the drayage/shipping form here.
How do I order electricity for my booth? Please use the electricity order form and email to [email protected]
