Take Action, Get Involved, Join a Committee!
Share your skills, talents, and experience to help lead GFOA-PA into 2025 and beyond. The Board of Directors is searching for members who care about our professional community and would like to help GFOA-PA acheive its strategic goals. We are seeking volunteers for the three committees listed below. Participation for these committees will run for two consecutive years. Committee Volunteer applications are due Friday, September 20th.
- The Communications Committee oversees the distribution of information pertinent to the
membership, suggests topics and authors for the Latest News and provide oversight of the
website.
- The Education Committee develops and implements training programs and oversees the awarding
of continuing education credits as appropriate for state and regional education activities.
- The Membership Committee helps grow the GFOA-PA membership by planning and carrying out
recruitment and retention activities.
