The Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code empowers local governments to charge transportation impact fees, recreation fees, inspections fees, and more. Some of these tools are under-utilized and some are misunderstood. This session will explore all the ways municipalities can exclaim “Show me the money”, how to implement and charge these fees correctly, and some best practices for collecting and managing the fees.
